It looks like Star94 uploaded proper .m4a audio files, but then set the "Format" field on them to "M3U". This field is for telling the system what format the files are in right now, not for converting them. Changing it basically means you are lying to the system about what format the files are in and this will not work.

Star94 what you need to do is edit your item, choose "change the information", scroll down to "Files, formats, and derivations" and set each of the .m4a files to the correct format, which should be "Advanced Audio Coding" since they are MP4 AAC files. Save the changes, then go into the "change the information" screen again, go to the "Item Manager" link a the top, and click the "derive" button to have IA generate the rest of the formats for you (including M3U).

You've now set them as being "MP3" format which is still wrong because they're not MP3s, they're Advanced Audio Coding files.
